Risk Business Partner Health, Nutrition & Care

We are looking for a Risk Business Partner to join our team! You will be part of the Risk Management team, and working closely with our Health Nutrition & Care Business Units, supporting in identifying, assessing, and managing risks to achieve the strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain the main elements from the Risk & Compliance Framework in the respective unit.
  • Conduct trainings, workshops and / or risk awareness sessions to increase Risk maturity.
  • Organize and steer risk related meetings.
  • Prepare, coordinate, follow-up, and drive execution of the Risk Management year plan.
  • Facilitate and perform Risk Assessments in specific areas.
  • Coordinate the Risk & Incident reporting process.
  • Work closely with risk owners to provide risk oversight, challenge and advise on key decisions, participate in key projects and pro-actively signalling trends and related potential (new) risks.

  • You bring

  • Masters in finance, Risk Management, Business Administration or other relevant major.
  • Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
  • Basic understanding of internal control and internal auditing.
  • Business understanding and partnering (Problem solving mindset and skills; can-do mentality; influencing without authority; showing co-ownership).
  • Stakeholder management (engaging with senior leaders; creating buy-in).
  • Communication & presentation skills.
