As Global Visual Merchandising Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the creative direction, strategy, and execution of visual merchandising (VM) initiatives across all retail channels worldwide including corporate stores, wholesale, travel retail, etc.

Responsibilities :
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement the global visual merchandising strategy across all retail formats and regions, in alignment with brand identity and business goals
- Lead a team of VM specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance
- Drive global consistency while enabling local relevance through scalable, modular VM solutions
Concept Development & Execution
Own the creative development of windows and in-store design concepts, and product displaysOversee prototyping, testing, and rollout of new visual concepts, materials, and fixture solutionsManage and evolve the VM guidelines and POS toolkit for global campaigns and store conceptsMarket Engagement & Training
Lead the creation and delivery of global VM training programs and best practice sharingAct as main point of contact for regional VM teams, providing creative and operational supportMonitor and improve VM execution through regular store visits, reviews, and auditsProject & Budget Management
Manage the VM calendar, workflow, and priorities across global campaigns, store openings, and special projectsOversee VM budget, supplier contracts, and production planning to optimize cost and impactCoordinate cross-functional projects in partnership with Retail, Marketing, and Store DesignInnovation & Brand Experience
Track trends in retail design, sustainability, and consumer behavior to keep VM strategy future-facingBuild and maintain a strong supplier network to support innovation and agility in executionProfile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Merchandising, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field8+ years' experience in visual merchandising for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brandsProven leadership of international teams and large-scale VM projectsStrong understanding of retail environments, consumer experience, and omnichannel storytellingProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D software (e.g. SketchUp, Cinema 4D), and MS OfficeExcellent project management, communication, and intercultural collaboration skillsWillingness to travel internationallyProfessional requirements
Languages
In addition, you are fluent in English, every additional language such as French and German is an asset.
