Your responsibilities will be to :
Lead and develop the plant Quality organization, fostering ownership, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement
Act as the primary customer quality interface, ensuring professional communication and effective management of quality claims
Own and continuously improve quality systems and processes, including process control, capability monitoring, and audit readiness
Ensure robust process controls and effective quality execution across the shopfloor and supply chain
Drive performance through data, translating quality KPIs into actionable improvement initiatives
Lead APQP and PPAP for new products, ensuring seamless industrialization and SOP readiness
Champion structured problem solving and a strong, data-driven quality culture
Maintain and evolve the Quality Management System (ISO / IATF), including governance, compliance, and change management
Manage the Quality function budget and drive sustainable cost and performance improvements
Our requirements :
Engineering degree or equivalent experience, with solid leadership background in industrial Quality
Proven management experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments
Strong command of IATF 16949 / ISO standards and automotive quality methods
Experience leading audits, QRQC routines, and KPI-driven performance management
Fluent English and French (B2), German is a strong advantage, combined with a resilient, solution-oriented mindset and a strong interest in quality digitalization and automation
