Facilities Procurement Specialist (M / F)

For one of our clients, an international company based in the Canton of Geneva, we are looking for a Facilities Procurement Specialist (M / F ) :

Your Responsibilities :

• Manage the procurement process for building-related services and equipment (maintenance, cleaning, security, energy, etc.).
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best conditions in terms of price, quality, and delivery times.
• Establish and monitor service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, maintenance) to anticipate needs and optimize budgets.
• Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements.
