Your future areas of responsibility Occupational Responsible ICT Professions (50 %) - Responsibility for the training of our EFZ, ICT specialist and developer in digital business EFZ - Leading and supporting the 10 ICT trainees, including supervision - Ensuring current training content and training quality - Taking on specific areas of responsibility - Professional leadership of the practical trainers - Recruitment responsibility, including trial placements and participation in vocational advertising events - Maintaining contacts with legal representatives, vocational schools, external partners - Budget and cost center responsibility - Conducting qualification procedures Project Engineer (50 %) - Analysis of technology needs and participation in agile projects. - Development and support of digital applications. - Contribution to and continuous improvement. - Leading Digital Business skills and competencies. Requirements : - Completed basic training in ICT with an EFZ - Studies and further education in a related field, pedagogical training desired. (The 5-day trainer course can be completed after starting the job) - Experience in training and supporting trainees - Solid professional experience in adapting to various personalities, learning styles, and paces. - Interest in new team skills, adaptability. - Analytical and conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and resilience. Languages Fluent German skills in spoken and written form. French and English skills are expected.
