About Senior Brand Manager :
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for creating brand strategy, messaging, and consistency across all channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all marketing materials align with our brand identity while effectively engaging key audiences. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies across multiple channels, working closely with internal teams and external partners to amplify our brand presence.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Brand Ownership & Governance
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines, and train internal teams on appropriate use.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications, maintaining a cohesive look and feel.
- Oversee copywriting and messaging across all marketing materials to ensure brand alignment.
- Manage the verbiage of product claims, ensuring appropriate use in marketing materials, advertisements, and external communications while aligning with regulatory and legal guidelines.
Digital & Channel Management
Manage omni channel communications and strategy including the company website, social media, and YouTube, ensuring content is up to date, engaging, and aligned with brand strategy.Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics across owned channels, providing insights to optimize content and strategy.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance user experience and engagement.Product Marketing Communications
Partner with marketing managers and vendors to develop content for marketing campaigns.Draft content for product promotion, including social media posts, advertorials, brochures, decks, and video scripts as needed.Manage approval processes for marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality execution, and alignment with marketing objectives.Corporate Communications & PR
Write and manage press releases, ensuring alignment with corporate and brand messaging.Manage media relations and support PR initiatives to enhance brand awareness.Collaborate with leadership to craft key corporate announcements and executive messaging.Marketing Communications Calendar Management
Work with global and regional marketing colleagues to plan and maintain the marketing communications calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and content.Align communication activities with company priorities including product launches, industry events, and commercial and company milestones.Work Experience and Education requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.7 or more years of marketing, communications, or commercial business experience in a regulated field, preferably in healthcare.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required :
Fluent in English (Native) .Strong communications skills including copy writing, editing, and story telling.Ability to identify key messages, audiences and channels and formulate a communications strategy across them all.Ability to create brand content templates for promotional use.Proficient in digital content management, including SEO best practices.Experience in PR, media relations, and press release development.Expertise in brand management.Experience of managing external agencies and suppliers.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Benefits :
