energy efficiency and digital services for the real estate sector.

With a strong focus on sustainability and smart solutions, they

seeking a flexible, persuasive professional to join their

management team in Switzerland.

Your

Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a

strategic business partner within a fast-growing organization,

bridging the gap between financial data and operational

excellence.

Business

Partnership : Work closely with sales and operations, as well as

external partners including banks, auditors, and suppliers to

provide forward-looking

visibility.

Financial

Oversight : Take responsibility for financial planning, budgeting,

forecasting, controlling, and accounting for Swiss subsidiaries in

line with group

standards.

Reporting :

Prepare financial statements under local Swiss GAAP and IFRS using

SAP.

Stakeholder Management :

Produce monthly financial and management accounts for local and

regional management and the

Group.

Compliance : Manage

year-end reporting, audits, and all VAT and tax

submissions / reporting.

Strategic

Growth : Lead the financial integration of acquired companies and

provide financial modeling for new business cases, including risk

and sensitivity analysis.

Qualifikationen

Your

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a proactive

problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced

environment.

Experience : You

possess at least 5 years of experience in a finance management

role.

M&A Knowledge : You

have initial experience in Mergers and Acquisitions

(M&A).

Technical

Proficiency : You are highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, with

preferred knowledge of

SAP.

Analytical Mindset : You

demonstrate strong analytical skills and a high level of interest

in process

optimization.

Communication :

You have excellent communication skills in German, English and

French.

Soft Skills : You

have a positive, "can-do" attitude, strong project management

experience, and a desire to grow your contribution in line with the

business.
