The work of the Senior Manager, ESG Reporting is critical to coordinating internal partners and helping external stakeholders understand our priorities and progress. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial and matrixed environment, communicates clearly, early and frequently, and has demonstrated the capacity to assess and navigate competitive, regulatory, and reputational dynamics.
A strategic and critical thinker with strong instincts and an endless appetite for information, the Senior Manager shapes / coordinates our ESG roadmap and drives its successful execution through cross-functional partnership. With a keen eye for detail and strong business acumen, they centralize ESG disclosures to support all external reporting, ratings and rankings, and stakeholder engagements. They lead the development of various annual reports and engage in finalizing disclosure-based regulatory filings, as well as advising on other CSR-related external communications.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $118,–$212,
