Junior Operations & Finance Manager (a)

We are expanding and looking for a detail-oriented Junior Operations and Finance Manager to support our internal processes as we scale internationally. As a Junior Operations and Finance Manager you will support the leadership team by managing and optimizing the companys ERP system logistics finance and admin operations . Your role will be essential in ensuring that our fast-paced operations run smoothly efficiently and in full compliance.

Tasks

ERP & Operations :

• Maintain and manage our ERP system (Odoo) ensuring correct setup of products workflows invoicing and automation.
• Improve operational workflows across sales inventory procurement invoicing and customer service.
• Coordinate logistics production orders and inventory management with international partners and suppliers.
• Manage and oversee customer inquiries related to logistics ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
