WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Senior Designer, your passion for design and ability to translate brand identities into visually compelling assets will support our clients in engaging their audiences. With a strong background in visual storytelling, digital and print design, and a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, you will play a crucial role in shaping the creative output of our agency. Your daily responsibilities may include : Develop creative assets across various platforms (social media, websites, display ads, newsletters, brochures, OOH, etc.) for our portfolio of premium brands in watchmaking, jewelry, wine & spirits, private banking, and real estate. Collaborate with Project Managers, Art Directors, Motion Designers, and Copywriters to create innovative campaigns and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Translate creative briefs into visually impactful and innovative designs while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Deliver designs that are creative, useful, and aligned with technical and brand standards. Lead the development of mood boards, style guides, storyboards and presentation decks to communicate design concepts effectively. Provide storyboards and oversee motion design production to ensure high-quality execution. Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh and innovative design ideas. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and luxury branding innovations. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE Experience : Minimum 4 years in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or luxury industry. Portfolio : Strong digital and print design portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for composition, typography, and brand storytelling. Technical Skills : Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma. Industry Knowledge : Experience designing for luxury or premium brands (watchmaking, jewelry, fashion, hospitality, automotive, private banking). Collaboration : Ability to work seamlessly with internal and external teams. Adaptability : Able to work with different types of clients and to adapt the content to the client’s industry and brand guidelines. Attention to Detail : Ability to deliver high-end, polished designs that align with luxury aesthetics. Strong sense of layout structures, typography, design rules, etc. Social Media Expertise : Understanding of creative and innovative formats for social media. Feedback & Improvement : Ability to leverage feedback to enhance design quality continuously. Luxury & Watchmaking Codes : Familiarity with luxury design principles; knowledge of watchmaking design codes is a plus. Project Management : Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Innovation : Proactive mindset, willing to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity. Advertising Knowledge : Understanding of ad formats and best practices.
