Are you ready to shape Axpos digital transformation journey As an AD/EntraID Senior Engineer youll play a pivotal role in driving our cloud-first strategy ensuring seamless identity and access management while contributing to the future of energy innovation.

What you will do:

• Plan implement and operate Azure Active Directory (AAD) Active Directory (AD) and related identity systems including Azure AD Premium ADFS and PIM/PAM.
• Collaborate on the development and maintenance of Axpos ICT/Enterprise Architecture Landscape and Roadmap.
• Strengthen Axpos cloud transformation strategy through new developments and meaningful transformations.
• Ensure authentication cryptographic procedures and system integrity while adhering to ICT security requirements.
• Create and maintain architecture and technology documentation including system descriptions and overviews.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders advocating Azure Cloud strategies and architectures.

What you bring & who you are:

• Successfully completed studies in (business) information technology or a similar field.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory; ideally with a Microsoft certification (e.g. Azure Enterprise Administrator Security Administrator Associate).
• Knowledge of IAM standards (OAuth2 SAML OpenID LDAP) and authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with tools such as One Identity SailPoint NetIQ and technologies like Windows Server IIS SQL Server PowerShell and Azure Cloud.
• A user-centric mindset strong analytical skills and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the dynamic cloud market.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
