The opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions for both internal teams and external clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is passionate about building real-world machine learning and AI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the growth of AI capabilities in a large-scale consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development : Design, build, and test AI solutions (including complex RAG systems, machine learning, deep learning, AI Agents) for diverse use cases
• Model Deployment & MLOps : Support deployment pipelines for AI models using modern MLOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)
• Performance Monitoring : Help implement monitoring systems to track model performance and ensure long-term reliability and fairness
• Code Quality & Reusability : Write clean, modular, and production-grade code; contribute to the development of reusable components and accelerators
• Collaboration & Documentation : Work closely with senior data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with project requirements
• Exploration & Prototyping : Participate in the rapid prototyping of AI solutions and assist in evaluating their feasibility and business value
