Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of all bookings and inquiries.
  • Manage reservations systems and ensure up-to-date inventory, availability, and pricing information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of guest requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue performance to optimize yield management strategies.

Your experience

  • Proven experience in reservations management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems and software (e.g., PMS, channel managers) with the ability to adapt and learn new systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and German / or French
