IT-Finance Functional Consultant

To reinforce the technical team of our client, a Swiss IT technology company, we are looking for a: FUNCTIONAL IT-FINANCE CONSULTANT M/F Mission You support the financial departments (CFO, Accounting, Management Control) in analyzing their processes, from needs assessment to the deployment of their management tool.Responsibilities Framework: Gather requirements from decision-makers (CEO, CFO) and translate their business issues into deployment: Configure financial modules (accounting, analytical) and coordinate special developments: Ensure the reliability of financial flows and compliance with accounting standards (French GAAP, IFRS). Adoption: Train client teams, oversee the launch (Go-live) and ensure follow-up.Qualifications Higher education in Finance and/or first concrete experience of at least 5 years in similar functions within an audit firm and a technology company. Mastery of Finance & Accounting environments (accounting, suppliers/clients, treasury, analytical accounting…). ERP Tools: Good command of the Microsoft 365 Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) environment. Ability to work with multiple decision-makers (CEO, CFO, IT Management…).Languages: French with a very good level of English. German is a plus. Location: Based in Geneva, with regular travel to clients in French-speaking Switzerland. Permanent position at 100%. Start: March 1 (or to be agreed).
