Responsibilities

• Execute compound validation flow-chart assays on a regular basis, with a focus on biochemical assays
• Support the screening team in their efforts to identify small molecule glue compounds
• Support internal compound logistics and optimize existing processes
• Participate in the characterization and validation of putative molecular glues using various biochemical, biophysical, and cellular methods
• Troubleshoot and optimize compound profiling assay protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed lab records, contribute to data analysis, compile and present findings in internal project meetings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with biology and chemistry teams to ensure timely delivery of profiling data for ongoing discovery efforts
• Oversee experiments done at CROs, whenever applicable
