Due to business expansion, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant who will provide exceptional service to their clients and candidates. The main purpose of the role is to develop relationships with existing and new clients, generate revenue, and fulfil existing roles. Key Responsibilities

• Focus on clients and candidates on building and developing long-term relationships.
• Cover account management and delivery
• Generating and sharing leads in order to widen business scope/opportunities
• Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
• All aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including screening, interviewing, and managing candidate experience

Candidate Profile

• Previous sales/recruitment or BD experience is a must
• Previous experience with customers could be an advantage
• Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
• Sales-driven mindset, achievement-oriented
• Independent person with good organisation skills
