What you will do :

• Technical support with foresight : You provide remote support to our customers and ensure that their parking systems function reliably – from the city center to the airport.
• Ensuring service quality : You process technical requests according to contractually agreed response times (SLA) and actively contribute to improving our remote resolution time.
• Advising customers : You identify optimization potential and support the introduction of new products and solutions.
• Embrace teamwork : You work closely with the service team, Global Technical Support and our partners – and contribute your expertise to installations and upgrades.
• Take responsibility : You will help us increase our service revenues, reduce travel costs and continuously improve processes.
