We are recruiting on behalf of a recognized international industrial group , specialized in high-precision machine tool solutions for the Swiss watchmaking industry .
As part of its commercial development in Western Switzerland , our client is looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Engineer – Machine Tools to cover the entire regional watchmaking market.
Your responsibilities
Develop and manage a watchmaking client portfolio in Western Switzerland
Actively prospect watch manufacturers, watchmaking subcontractors, and precision industrial players
Sell CNC machine tools and high-end production equipment
Provide technical consulting to clients (needs analysis, machine configuration, technical proposals)
Manage the full B2B sales cycle , from opportunity identification to deal closing and after-sales follow up
Work closely with technical teams, after-sales service, and application engineering
Represent the company at watchmaking and industrial trade shows in Switzerland
Your profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in machine tool sales or technical sales, ideally in CNC, precision machining, micromechanics, or watchmaking production
Proven experience in the Swiss watchmaking industry or closely related environments
Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing processes
Native French , fluent English required, soem German would be nice
Based in Western Switzerland , with strong mobility across the region
Autonomous, results-driven profile, comfortable with high-value technical sales
