About the Role

Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about delivering excellent customer support? Join our international team in beautiful Athens ! You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their queries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

What Youll Do :

Provide outstanding customer service in Italian

Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality

Location Options :

On-site : Modern offices in central Athens

Remote :

If you relocate : work-from-home (WAH) within Athens

If you already live in Greece : WAH from anywhere in Greece

Relocation Package (for those moving to Greece) :

2 weeks of hotel accommodation

Paid flight ticket (within the EU)

Airport pickup

Real estate agency fee covered

Requirements :

Fluency in Italian (spoken & written)

Good level of English

EU citizenship is mandatory

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
