Role Summary

As the Head of RDT for Legal & Compliance and Group Communications you will serve as the strategic business partner and technology leader to Roches Group Legal & Compliance and Communications functions within the Roche Digital and Technology Organization (RDT). This position which reports directly to the Global Head Roche Digital Technology - Group Functions requires a visionary leader who can define the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of technology products that enable these critical business areas.

This role combines deep domain expertise with leadership acumen to deliver innovative impactful solutions that ensure Roches compliance enhance its reputation and propel its digital transformation goals. You will lead a team of people leaders including product managers and work in a networked agile environment to maximize value manage the product groups total cost and foster strong collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Leadership & Executive Business Partnership : Act as the primary strategic business partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders within the designated Group Function. Define own and execute a forward-thinking global technology vision strategy and multi-year roadmap that aligns with functional priorities and accelerates Roches overall digital ambition.

Portfolio & Financial Management : Assume full accountability for the technology product portfolio supporting the function. Oversee the entire product lifecycle budget vendor relationships and financial management to ensure investments deliver maximum business value and a seamless user experience.

Team Leadership & Talent Development : Lead mentor and empower a high-performing global team of technology professionals and people leaders. Foster an agile product-centric culture of innovation accountability continuous improvement and business-centricity.

Operational Excellence & Governance : Ensure the reliability security performance and compliance of the functions entire technology landscape. Proactively manage risk and ensure all platforms products and processes adhere to Roches global standards for data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Digital Innovation & Value Realization : Champion the digital transformation of the business function. Drive the exploration and adoption of emerging technologiessuch as AI automation and advanced analyticsto unlock new insights drive efficiency and create measurable business value.

Service Excellence : Oversee the end-to-end technology landscape for the designated Group Functions . Ensure the reliability security compliance and performance of all solutions

Relevant Experience

Masters Degree or advanced degree

5 years of leadership experience and related knowledge
