The Role :

As a Senior Operational Risk Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the bank's operational risk framework, ensuring resilience, and supporting the existing Operational Risk Team.

Key Responsibilities :

Reviewing the controls framework and identifying key controls

Designing and implementing the Test of Control (ToC) framework

Executing ToCs and maintaining the framework over time

Reporting to Senior Management and providing recommendations where needed

Your Profile :

University degree in Finance or Economics (FH / University)

5+ years of experience in Audit, Operational Risk, or Controls

Experience with Test of Controls

Strong ability to prioritize and manage risks

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and independently

Fluent English (German is a plus)
