HEC Lausanne (the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne) looks for candidates for a position full time as :
Assistant Professor (Tenure Track as Associate Professor)
in Marketing and Marketing Strategy
Starting on 01.08.2024 or on a mutually agreed date.
Candidates must hold a PhD in Marketing or a related discipline. They should have an excellent and promising research and publication record in the field of Marketing with a clear interest in topics around strategic marketing and digital marketing and related topics (e.g., branding, innovation) as well as their practical applications. We seek applicants with an ability to conduct top research in the field, to publish in leading international journals and conferences, and the capacity to attract research funds.
Teaching experience in English and / or French at university level (Bachelor's and Master's) is an asset.
In line with the strategy of the faculty, preference will be given to candidates who do research and teaching on topics connected to marketing strategy. All research methods are welcome but experience with empirical methods is strongly appreciated.
The new professor will be a member of the Department of Marketing at HEC Lausanne. We offer attractive teaching loads and an excellent research environment.
