We're seeking a dynamic Junior Global Business Developer - Robotics & Computer Assisted Surgery

Mission :

As a Junior Business Developer at Atracsys , you will play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint in the Computer-Assisted Surgery (CAS) and Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) markets. Leveraging omnichannel strategies and AI-driven tools , you will identify, engage and convert new prospects for our cutting-edge optical tracking systems , trusted by leading Healthcare OEMs worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospect Hunting : Use AI-powered analytics and omnichannel outreach (email, social media, webinars, events) to identify and qualify new business opportunities in CAS / RAS markets.
• Market Expansion : Drive penetration into new geographies and segments by understanding customer needs and positioning Atracsys solutions effectively.
• Lead Nurturing : Develop personalized engagement strategies to convert prospects into long-term partners.
• CRM Excellence : Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads, opportunities and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Senior Business Developer & Marketing to align messaging and campaigns with market trends.
• Performance Goals : Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to lead generation, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
