Supply Chain Clerk

Main Responsibilities :

• Own the day-to-day operational scheduling (8-week horizon) and resources balancing.
• Coordinate with logistics the delivery of API and raw materials from warehouse to production line according to the manufacturing requirement dates.
• Ensure accurate consumptions of assigned materials lots by manufacturing to Process Orders
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics the posting of raw materials consumptions on-time in all systems.
• Re-ordering of materials from warehouse, in case of damage or urgent needs.
• Report hours of labour and machine used to Process Orders in ERP system.
• Ensure short-term changes are reflected in the schedule.
• Generate relevant KPI and operational measures to support identification of trends or root causing of sub-optimal performance
• Monitor production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw
• materials, and quality control measures, using this information for Continuous
• Improvement activities such as maintenance of routings and BOM’s,
• increasing accuracy of production schedule and efficiency reporting
• Monitor incoming purchase orders to ensure on time delivery by supplier
• Take action if delivery of purchase order is not made on time or in full by supplier
• Create, prioritize and manage the progress of QC raw materials release to ensure on time release to meet the needs of production.
• Allocate specific material lots to production orders under FEFO principle and ensure customer & quality requirements are also respected for the projects
