The Role
As Legal Specialist - Corporate and Major Projects, you will play a crucial role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating finance agreements at both the holding and subsidiary level. You will negotiate new concessions with a focus on bankability aspects and providing expert legal advice to key stakeholders on various subjects.
Responsibilities :
- Structuring and providing expert legal advice on financial transactions, including financing and refinancing of acquisitions, general corporate and major infrastructure projects such as greenfield and expansion
- Drafting and negotiating finance agreements involving commercial bank debt, debt capital market transactions, multilateral financing, and equipment leasing
- Managing currency and interest rate hedging
- Ensuring compliance with finance agreement terms and proposing effective solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external shareholders through a tactful and diplomatic approach
