We are looking for a proactive social and creative Content Creator & Community Specialist (80-100%) - Maternity Cover who
lives and breathes digital culture storytelling and community building. Someone who doesnt just
scroll trends but creates them. This person is always on the move - in bars restaurants and events
etc - capturing raw authentic moments and turning them into stories that connect.

The ideal candidate is a natural networker trend spotter and skilled creator with a sharp eye for
visuals. Someone who thrives in social settings tells stories through video and photo and builds
relationships that amplify our rebellious brand presence.

Tasks

• Create content that hits: Be out there - in bars restaurants festivals street corners behind the bar - capturing bold authentic content. Think reels short vids photos and behind-the-scenes stories that bring REBELS 0.0% energy to life.
• Community Relationships: Identify build and manage strong connections with influencers bartenders cultural tastemakers and bar industry opinion leaders. Drive collabs and activations that make noise and create impact.
• Social Media presence: Run our Social media channels with swagger and keep them buzzing with trend-driven culture-rich content that reflects our rebellious craft positioning and speaks to both on-trade and consumers.
• Community Engagement: Be the face of the brand on the ground - building connections in the hospitality scene and turning them into digital storytelling opportunities.
• Track learn optimize: Measure impact and performance of collabs and content and share insights that push us to the next level.

Requirements

Skills & Profile:
- A natural storyteller with a passion for bars drinks culture and lifestyle.
- Social proactive and outgoing - loves connecting with people and building communities.
- Always on top of social media trends and knows how to spin them into original content.
- Skilled with camera/smartphone editing tools (CapCut Canva or similar).
- Strong communicator (English a must; German/French/Italian a plus).
- Organized flexible adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced ever-changing playground.
- Content-first mindset: always ready to capture the moment.

Your Experiences:
- Background in communication media or digital content creation.
- Proven track record managing social media influencer/community collabs
- Portfolio of authentic high-quality video photo content.
- Bonus: Experience in Food & Beverage gastronomy or lifestyle industries.
