Administrative Assistant ( 20% - Ideal for Students)
on a 8-month temporary contract
Description de la mission
This role is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in a professional environment while balancing their studies. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support and gain exposure to office operations, including purchasing, asset management, and coordination with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with filing, data entry, and managing correspondence (emails, letters, and phone calls).
- Create purchase orders and order office assets or equipment via web platforms.
- Track and manage orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Request and order visuals for projects or campaigns.
- Send finalized visuals and specifications to suppliers, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Help manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Support in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with restocking or placing orders as needed.
- Provide general support for team members and ongoing projects as needed.
Profil attendu
Qualifications :
Currently enrolled in a university or similar program (business, administration, or related field preferred).Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with online ordering platforms and purchase order systems.Basic understanding of design file formats and visual assets is an advantage.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and reliability.Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communication skills in French and English (Oral and Written) B2 level minimum
