Job description Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing FinTech company. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our company's website.

You will oversee digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of these campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in digital marketing in B2B industry, with a strong interest in banking and technology.

This is a key role that will require a strategic mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the company's website and social media presence, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that drives traffic and generates leads
  • Maintaining consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, paid advertising, and content marketing
  • Delivering the SEO strategy to drive traffic and revenue
  • Monitoring SEO performance
  • Optimizing user experience, lead funnels and landing pages to increase interactivity and obtain high conversion rates
  • Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and providing regular reports to the leadership team
  • Working closely with other members of the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing across all channels
  • Working closely with the sales team to support lead generation and nurture existing leads
  • Managing and growing the company's community. This includes moderating and engaging with community members on social media and other online platforms, as well as developing and implementing strategies to foster engagement and loyalty among its members
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporating them into the digital marketing strategy as appropriate

Qualifications / Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • First successful 3 to 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in software, technology, or financial crime.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Native English speaker preferred. Additional language (French or German) is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tactics and channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising
  • Knowledge of web analytics and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation tool
  • Understanding of SEO and how to optimize content for search engines
  • Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization
  • Strong interest in banking, technology and financial crime
  • Driven and flexible with a positive attitude
