Team Leader With an annual production capacity of over one million tons of cement, Juracime (Cornaux NE), together with Jura-Cement-Fabriken AG (Wildegg, AG), is the second largest cement producer in Switzerland. There is much to do with us. Manage production processes according to the guidelines previously established by the production manager and oversee the grinding processes (from scales to storage silos). Control and manage the clinker production line (up to the clinker hall). Complete daily protocols for the different processes during teamwork and inform the production manager. Manage the fuels used in burners according to received guidelines. Perform tasks while managing a group of people according to production needs. Work in a 3x8 team according to schedule. How to get involved with us? Professional Profile : Technical certificate or deemed equivalent, Foreman or equivalent : experience in heavy industry is an advantage. Ability to perform small repairs; knowledge of the German language is an advantage. Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage. Personal Profile : Analytical mindset and team spirit.
