We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager.

Job description

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from proposal stages through to delivery.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes of scope, developing mitigation strategies.

Drive the adoption and integration of PLM and MES solutions into the customers organization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and quality assurance, to ensure

successful project execution.

Report project status, issues, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project success, according to the groups processes.

Your profile

Proven experience as an Engagement Manager with a focus on PLM and MES systems, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) concepts and tools.

Experience in managing Turn-key projects

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in distributed teams and to lead cross-functional groups.

Strong decision-making capabilities and a results-oriented approach.

Project Management certifications are a plus.
