As NMR Application Scientist (m / f / d) you support customers and employees of Bruker BioSpin in applications-related questions and tasks in the field of NMR spectroscopy. This includes spectrometer demonstrations customer courses application related customer installations and support of customers. You will also support R&D projects within Bruker BioSpin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct instrument demonstrations.
• Deliver customer and employee training and support sessions in-house on-site and online.
• Support Applications Development R&D projects particularly in the area of dissolution-DNP (d-DNP).
• Develop new methods and work-flows for NMR spectrometers (e.g. implementing pulse sequences from the literature).
• Maintain the demo laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Offer in-house consulting services for R&D Sales PM and Service teams.
• Contribute to the creation of manuals marketing materials and other documentation.
• Participate in trade shows and conferences.
• Prepare and deliver presentations workshops and webinars.
