Aseptic Process Scientist

Sie suchen eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung im Bereich der Sterilfiltration und Sterilabfüllung und mögen selbständiges genaues und vernetztes Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Team Wir haben dazu die ideale Stelle.

Sie arbeiten im Bereich Filling Lyophilisation in der Produktion und sind in einem multidisziplinären Team innerhalb des Value Streams integriert.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Wesentlichen :

• Unterstützung des Aseptic Leads bei der Implementierung der neuen Annex 1 Vorgaben sowie bei der Integration der Sterility Assurance Roadmap in die Routineprozesse.
• Durchführung und Bewertung von Risikoanalysen Ursachenanalysen und Risikobewertungen im aseptischen Umfeld.
• Erstellung und Koordination von Änderungsanträgen welche die aseptischen Prozesse betreffen.
• Erstellung und Aktualisierung von SOPs Arbeitsanweisungen und Verfahren welche die aseptischen Prozesse betreffen sowie Sicherstellung des Schulungsstatus der Mitarbeitenden im aseptischen Bereich.
• Erstellung von Drehbüchern für Rauchstudien sowie Begleitung während der Durchführung.
• Schulung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden hinsichtlich aseptischer Arbeitsweisen und GMP-konformer Durchführung.
• Aktive Mitarbeit in für die Sterility Assurance relevanten Projekten
• Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits sowie Behördeninspektionen.
• Initiierung und Koordination von Verbesserungsprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung aseptischer Herstellprozesse.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-Vorgaben und Sterilitätsanforderungen.
