Drive real-time execution of algorithmic strategies across fragmented and fast-moving markets

Engineer smarter quoting, hedging, and execution logic to sharpen edge and minimize inefficiencies

Keep a pulse on live market dynamics, risk exposures, and system behavior during trading sessions

Partner with quantitative researchers, developers, and data scientists to evolve models and trading signals

Extract insights from historical performance data to fine-tune parameters and uncover new opportunities

Uphold regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks while scaling strategies responsibly

Contribute to cutting-edge research on market microstructure and strategy innovation

Safeguard platform reliability by diagnosing and resolving algorithmic or infrastructure issues swiftly

Strong academic background in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline from a top-tier university

At least 5 years of experience in algorithmic or electronic trading, ideally in spot markets such as FX, crypto, equities, or commodities

Proven track record of generating consistent profits (PnL >

$2m annually over 3+ years)

Deep understanding of market microstructure, liquidity dynamics, and execution strategies
Hands-on experience with real-time trading systems, live data feeds, and market connectivity
Ability to monitor and manage risk effectively in high-volume, fast-moving environments
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on performance metrics and optimization
Proficiency in Python, C++, or other trading-related programming languages
Experience in market making, arbitrage, or statistical trading strategies
Exposure to low-latency or high-frequency trading environments
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerized systems, or distributed data processing pipelines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and trading teams
