A Day in the Life

This position is an exciting and new opportunity to work with Medtronics Patient Monitoring and Respiratory Interventions businesses. Currently part of Medtronic Medtronic has announced its intention of separation of Patient Monitoring (PM) and Respiratory Interventions (RI) businesses to advance the future growth and innovation of PM and RI and to reallocate investments and resources within Medtronic.

The intended separation would provide our team a bold opportunity to unleash our potential and move with even more speed and agility. Apart from Medtronic we would leverage increased investments to fuel meaningful innovation and further amplify our impact on patient care.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Market Transformation: Drive the sales of cutting-edge patient monitoring systems.
• Building Relationships: Forge long-term partnerships with medical professionals.
• Driving Innovation: Showcase ground-breaking technologies in healthcare.
• Data-Driven Strategies: Utilize market analysis to optimize sales strategies.

Required knowledge and experience:

• Expertise: Medical Medical-technical or commercial background
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales preferably in medical technology
• Language Skills: Fluent in French and English
• Self-driven goal-oriented with a talent for networking
• Enthusiasm: Ability to enthuse customers and engage them in innovative solutions
• Empathy and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build customer relationships and foster trust
• Organizational Skills: Effective time management and planning to coordinate customer appointments and inquiries
• Readiness to learn: Openness to new products technologies and industry trends to stay up-to-date
