As an Atlassian Consultant / Project Lead, you will play a key role in delivering tailored Atlassian solutions that help our customers succeed with their ITSM and DevOps goals. Working closely with clients across industries, you’ll provide expert guidance on implementations, migrations, and best practices — helping them get the most out of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and the broader Atlassian ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that blends technical expertise, consulting, and project leadership to solve complex challenges and drive meaningful outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with a team of experienced specialists and have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a flexible, supportive, and growth-oriented environment.
Your main responsibilities as our Atlassian Consultant/Project Lead will include (but won’t be limited to):
Work closely with customers providing expert guidance on Atlassian product implementations and customizations.
Use your skills to tailor solutions for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian products
Lead and/or participate in complex implementations of ITSM and DevOps solutions in large and mid-sized organizations
Collaborate with a team of experienced Atlassian specialists to solve customer challenges and drive best practices
Support and implement best-in-class solutions
You will make a great match for this role if you have:
Experience as a consultant related to the Atlassian Platform or other technical solutions such as ServiceNow and GitLab
Experience in project management, and in managing on-premise to cloud migrations
Understanding of ITIL practices or experience from ITSM organisations
Understanding of Agile practices or ways of working
Understanding of related tools (for instance GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket or others) and the enterprise tooling landscape as a whole
A problem-solving mindset and a desire to continuously learn and keep up to date with the development of the Atlassian platform
German (fluent) and English (Business fluent in speaking and writing)
It would be an added bonus if you have:
Certifications, accreditations or badges for Atlassian, AWS, Cloud
Project management certifications e.g. Prince2
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Additional languages would be nice to have e.g. French is beneficial
Experience in platforms that Eficode’s doing consulting in - GitLab, GitHub
Degree in Business, Computer Science or other relevant areas would be nice to have
