To strengthen our Swine business unit, we are looking for a dynamic and analytical leader who will drive product innovation and provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams.

Tasks

• Develop new, innovative feed concepts and related services
• Further improve existing products and solutions
• Plan, supervise and rapidly implement feeding trials
• Manage the introduction of new products and services (concept, coordination and rollout)
• Exchange knowledge and insights with partner organisations in Switzerland and abroad
• Provide technical support to your own customer portfolio and selected key clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new customers
• Prepare and analyse performance reports and derive appropriate action plans
• Actively contribute to the company’s innovation and product development team
• Lead and support the teams within the Swine Product & Innovation area
• Deliver monthly presentations to the sales force on current technical topics
• Monitor market and price developments and interpret relevant data
• Apply economic calculations and support business-driven decisions
• Plan and conduct internal and external training sessions
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales on technical matters
• Represent the business unit at trade fairs and industry events
