The Role
As the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will be part of the team representing the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions (Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety) for selected Pharma and Biotech companies.Your responsibilities include nurturing and expanding relationships within the accounts, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and consistently offering innovative solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
- Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working
- Serve as the custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them
- Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
- Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
- Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
- Meet / Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
Requirements
5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting servicesProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotasSales experience with Life Science Software SolutionsExcellent account planning and execution skillsExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to work with a wide range of customers, from end users to C-levelMust be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervisionA passion for solving customer business problemsMust have a team-first mentalityBusiness-level fluency in German and English, other European languages are beneficialNice to Have
