Position : Nanny for Two Children (Aged 4 & 6)

Location : Cologny, Switzerland

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 15 : 00 to 20 : 00

Start Date : As soon as possible

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible nanny to take care of two wonderful children aged 4 and 6 in Cologny. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and enjoy creating a positive, engaging environment where the children can learn, grow, and have fun!

Key Responsibilities :

  • School Pickup : Collect the children from school every day, ensuring they are safely transported to their next activity.
  • Fun & Educational Activities : Plan and engage in creative activities like arts and crafts, reading, games, or outdoor play that stimulate the children's imagination and development. 🎨📚
  • Playdates : Take the children to scheduled playdates with their friends, ensuring they have a great time and interact positively with others.
  • Meal Preparation : Cook a healthy, balanced dinner that the children will enjoy. Meal prep may include simple, child-friendly dishes like pasta, salads, or creative vegetable dishes. 🍲🥕
  • Safety & Well-being : Ensure the children’s safety at all times and promote good habits such as hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Communication : Regularly update parents on the children’s activities, moods, and anything important regarding their well-being.

Requirements

  • Driving License : A valid driving license is required as you will be responsible for school pickups and driving the children to playdates. 🚗
  • Work Permit / Passport : Must have a work permit for Switzerland or an EU passport to be eligible for this position. 🇨🇭🇪🇺
  • Experience : Previous experience working with children, ideally in a similar role, is a strong plus. 👶👧
  • Personal Attributes : We are looking for someone who is energetic, reliable, and caring. The ability to adapt to the children’s individual needs and create a loving and nurturing environment is essential. 💫
  • Language Skills : Fluency in English or French is required. Additional languages are a plus. 🗣️
