Your duties
- Autonomous handling of a defined population
- Contact person for employees and managers regarding HR topics
- Personnel administration from on boarding to off boarding
- Management of a high volume of recruitment
- Creation of HR-specific data overviews and statistics
- Contact to external organisations (insurance companies, authorities, offices)
What you bring
Federal HR-Specialist diplomaExcellent knowledge of English and German or French (spoken and written is mandatory)3-5 years of professional experience in a similar positionExperience in HR-KPI and ReportingPayroll-Knowledge is a plusOrganized, independent way of working with a high level of commitmentWhat we offer
