We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a complex portfolio of IT infrastructure projects within the pharmaceutical industry. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale initiatives such as server installations, network upgrades, cloud migrations, and data centre enhancements.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these projects are strategically aligned with broader business objectives, driving impactful outcomes, and delivering value across the organization. The role demands a deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure, exceptional leadership, and the ability to navigate and manage multifaceted, cross-functional programs.
Previous experience in the Life Sciences industry and fluency in English are highly mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs that involve cross-functional teams and significant technical dependencies. Proven track record of delivering complex programs within the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment. Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure components with the ability to make informed strategic decisions about technology implementations. Proficiency in a broad range of program and project management tools. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and adapt to evolving program requirements. Fluency in English. Certification in Program Management, preferably PMP from PMI. Educational background in business, IT, or related fields.
