How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As Head of Fashion & Accessories (F&A) Innovation, you will lead the F&A Innovation stream, collaborating closely with the F&A Maisons and industry. You will be responsible for managing innovation projects - both process and material based - in the short, medium, and long term, as well as providing expertise and monitoring topics related to the fashion sector. You will ensure the transfer of innovative solutions to Maisons.

This is an 8-month assignment to replace the manager during her maternity leave.

Your main accountabilities :

  • Lead and manage innovation projects : you will be responsible for structuring and framing projects according to the R&I methodology, supervising project budgets, achieving project objectives and leading project teams
  • Manage the F&A Innovation stream according to the mission and roadmap defined for the stream. You will also be responsible for reporting, budget management, team development, and IP generation
  • Ensure F&A innovative solutions are delivered and transferred to Maisons. Animate the internal community. Promote and share project results; report regularly to key stakeholders
  • Develop your area of expertise : you will have in-depth knowledge of the challenges related to your area of expertise and those related to the fashion industry. You will be able to identify problems and propose methodologies to solve them

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You hold a Master's degree in management, innovation or fashion
  • You have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the luxury industry
  • You are an experienced manager, knowledgeable and passionate about fashion, luxury and sustainability
  • You have strong project management skills with good communication and persuasion skills
  • You are pro-active, structured, persistent and with good problem-solving skills
  • You are a creative thinker, with the ability to think outside the box and an eye for detail
  • You are a strong team player who can work across multiple teams
  • You are Fluent in English, with good command of French. Italian is a plus
  • You are at ease with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint

    • This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team and make a real impact on the future of F&A at Richemont.

    Based in Bellevue, you will travel regularly mainly in Italy and France (30-40%).

    You will have the opportunity to interact with many colleagues from the Maisons and Richemont entities as well as with other Research and Innovation teams.
