How you can make an impact
As a Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience from day one, supporting our client engagements to solve their most pressing challenges and opportunities surrounding digital transformation, customers, innovation, and technology strategies. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for:
- Applying Design Thinking and other user-centric methodologies to identify problems, ideate solutions and define strategic concepts
- Shaping the definition and development of digital products in an agile manner
- Supporting our clients in conceptualizing innovative end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels – always with a focus on finding the sweet spot between users, business, and technology
- Being an intrapreneur and further shape your personal and professional skillset by engaging in internal initiatives you’re passionate about and where you can make a lasting impact
Who We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A master’s degree from a great university in business/economics, digital/design management, or STEM subjects
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with evidence of delivering experience-centric digital strategies and/or solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate business problems and digital experience solutions to stakeholders
- Your English and German is spotless, French is a strong advantage
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of clients and in challenging situations, establishing credibility and trust with stakeholders
- You’re a team player and able to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams such as designers, developers, business analysts, etc.
- You are excited by the value that digital solutions can unlock for users and businesses
