StellenbeschreibungEngineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics or Physics . 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing environnment. 5+ years in a Quality, Process Integration or Manufacturing leadership or functional authority role . Strong knowledge of IC front-end production flows , quality tools and process development. Six Sigma Belt with Lean manufacturing experience. Hands-on experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 Fluent in English. French, German or Chinese are nice to have. On-site availability; functional leadership (no direct line management). High-impact, technical leadership role in a innovative environment. Exposure to automotive and medical device customers . Main Responsibilities for the IC Front-End Process & Manufacturing Quality Manager
- Lead functional quality across front-end IC manufacturing operations.
- Own the Process Change Review Board (PCRB) , ensuring safe process changes and risk mitigation.
- Manage non-conformances (MRB) , scrap reduction, and yield improvement initiatives.
- Drive process control using SPC, MSA, FDC, and MES rules .
- Lead audits, quality alerts, and customer complaint resolution , ensuring root-cause elimination.
- Deliver continuous improvement projects across processes and teams.
