Job Description

As a Legal Officer, you will be part of the Legal department. Among others, your tasks will typically be the following :
- Advise internal stakeholders on the legal aspects of the Bank’s projects, with emphasis on corporate law, corporate governance and ESG related topics;
- Assist in the preparation of the annual reports of our holding company such as the corporate governance report, remuneration report;
- Assist in the finalization of the documentation required for annual general meetings;
- Review, negotiate and draft contracts and / or any other documentation of the Bank;
- Assist your team leader in market compliance matters with respect to managing correspondence with strategic partners or authorities;
- Take care of litigation matters or complaints;
- Prepare legal research on banking & financial law and monitor regulatory changes;
- Draw up, implement and review internal reports, policies and procedures.
