Your Tasks
- Formulate project plans for assigned development projects, considering internal and external development efforts, cost objectives, schedules and resource requirements
- Manage requirements and projects at department level, ensuring compliance with internal, certification processes and achievement of defined goals
- Provide regular project status reporting
- Responsible for supplier management tasks at department level
- Coordinate with internal interdisciplinary stakeholders at all levels
- Support continuous improvements to project management and requirement management tools, processes and departmental efficiency

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in aeronautical, mechanical or electrical engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace or aircraft development programs, possibly in a program / project manager positionProven track record in managing small to medium-sized multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex engineering projects is an advantageGood knowhow of all steps of the development cycle, with strong coordination, team-building skills, and a structured, pragmatic approach to complex technical problemsExperience with requirement development, tracking, and validation using DOORS; familiarity with EASA CS-23 / FAA FAR-23, SAE ARP4754 / 4761, and hardware / software development standards (DO-254, DO-178) is an advantageStrong communication skills with the ability to synthesize multidisciplinary technical information with fluency in English and German knowledge is an advantageOpen-minded, self-driven personality with strong commitment, prioritization skills, and willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural environmentWhat we offer
