In this exciting role, you would be working as a (Assistant) Manager - Management Consulting - HR-Transformation (m / w / d) at Zurich location. Aufgaben Design and deliver strategies and solutions to improve processes, systems, and organizational set-up of HR functions to meet business objectives. Produce and propose solutions to improve the organization of various HR teams Support HR organizations in improving the efficiency and quality of their shared services, the strategic partnership of their HRBPs and the innovation of the CoEs Drive the streamlining and simplification of HR processes (including hire-to-retire and all talent related processes). Support clients in reviewing their HR technology landscape and providing insights on market leading solutions across the HR value chain Collaborate and steer cross-functional projects, working together to deliver broader value to your clients Support building our client's relationship to new and existing clients. Deliver proposals for the acquisition of new engagements with national and international clients Participate in thought leadership papers and go to market activities Qualifikation Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar. 4-5 years of professional experience in a HR Transformation, HR Operations or HR Generalist position and experience within a Management Consulting firm.
