Development (Co-)Lead

We are Houzy – the leading Swiss platform for homeowners, making life easier for property owners since 2017 with innovative digital services. We offer everything related to homeownership – from property search, financing, insurance, and maintenance to selling.

With 50,000 offer requests in 2024, Houzy is on track to become the largest referral platform for trades and services related to real estate.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Development (Co-)Lead to shape and drive our technological strategy.

Tasks

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute development projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Define and enforce coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to integrate technical solutions with business needs.
• Analyze requirements, design system architecture, and oversee programming solutions.
• Implement and monitor rigorous testing processes.
• Coordinate release planning and manage tasks for internal and external developers.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for systems and applications.
• Monitor technology trends and introduce relevant innovations.
• Define and maintain the technical ecosystem, including development and testing environments.
• Oversee code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Act promptly in case of system incidents.
