StellenbeschreibungEnsure a smooth and reliable procurement process for production sites in Western Europe Independently decide on spend allocation within the category, aligning with senior management when required Take full accountability for the ingredient portfolio Lead and negotiate price fixations with customers Manage cross-regional raw material tenders and propose allocation strategies Develop and implement sourcing strategies to drive cost efficiency and profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve ingredient sourcing and support business objectives Work closely with the market analysis team to ensure informed procurement decisions Actively contribute to cross-functional projects in areas such as sustainability and R&D Serve as a key point of contact for functions including sales, quality, supply chain, and sustainability Degree in Business, Agronomics, Economics, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar procurement role within the ingredients industry Strong knowledge of the vegetable oils and fats market, including supplier landscape and commodity trends Proven track record in managing purchasing portfolios in a fast-paced, global environment Experience with emulsifiers / lecithin is a plus Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset Results-oriented, able to plan and deliver against deadlines Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of the category Agile, flexible, and able to adapt to changing market conditions Fluent in English; French and German are a strong plus Passion for achieving best-in-class procurement deals and driving value creation Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-moving environment A strategic role with high visibility and impact within the organization The opportunity to drive sourcing strategies and shape procurement decisions in a dynamic, global environment Competitive salary package with attractive benefits A collaborative and international work culture with room for personal and professional growth
