Your tasks
Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and throughout their stay to ensure a warm and professional first impression
Efficient handling of check-ins and check-outs using the hotel property management system (PMS)
Answering guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options
Managing reservations and coordinating room assignments in collaboration with the housekeeping and reservations team
Accurate and timely processing of payments and billing.
Professional and prompt handling of guest complaints or concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
Effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience
Ensuring a consistently clean and welcoming reception area
Supporting administrative tasks such as creating arrival lists, handling guest correspondence, and maintaining guest profiles

Requirements
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification desirable
Experience at the front desk or in guest services is an advantage
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
Very good English skills; additional language skills (e.g., German) are an advantage
Confident handling of common hotel software
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
High level of responsibility and reliability
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Well-groomed appearance and good manners
Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations and during high guest volume
