YOUR CHALLENGES :
Customers' service order management activities for the CH-RoW Sales Organization :
- Order entry into ERP system for CH-ROW customers' service repairs shipping from various ship points
- Transact, monitor and track customer service repairs and requirements to the specific order(s)
- Work with Logistics / Service Centre Team for shipping and distribution of parts to fulfill customers' service repairs
- Creating service repair quotation and uploading to customer portals
- Backlog management
- Ensure wholesome and complete order history in compliance to audit and filing retrieval
- Follow up of quotations from the existing ERP system
- Support and participate in all corporate projects to develop and implement 'best practices' and activity reporting pertaining to service order management
- Support the Service Centre Manager in achieving revenue targets by managing revenue and delivery risks
- Any other duties as required on project or necessity basis from the Service Centre Manager and EU-RoW General Manager. (I.e. liaising with clients and suppliers, handling logistics, managing budgets and invoicing and presenting post-event reports)
YOUR COMPETENCIES :
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations multi-functional process environmentGood working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and their use in a global manufacturing environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft D365Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skillsGood problem-solving abilityLanguages : German and English language in spoken and written formjidc468c59a jit1251a
